Shipping Information
Free Express Shipping
Natural for Hair Website provides free international shipping (except for Remote Area Surcharge) for all hair products.
Expedited Shipping
We usually use DHL, FedEx expedited shipping, depending on your location; delivery time is about 3 - 7 business days. Some EU countries use GES, DPEX-Royal, which takes about 7-10 business days.
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please offer a physical address for your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
Please Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by email Support@naturalforhair.com
as soon as possible.

What is our return policy?
Your satisfaction is our eternal pursuit! We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all unopened, unworn, and untampered products within 31 days. Once you have received your order, if the hair texture, colour or length is not suitable, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Support@naturalforhair.com in the first instance and we will be happy to assist you. We do not accept unauthorised returns. We hope you can understand!
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. We will inspect all returned products to determine if you are eligible for a refund. As we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, all products must be returned in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original lace, original curl pattern, undamaged, with tags attached, in their original packaging and gift). Please ensure that the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. NOTE: We strongly recommend shipping your wig via a trackable shipping method, and customers must provide us with a return tracking number as this greatly speeds up the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your parcel. If you wish to return a wig, please sign for your parcel and then email us at Support@naturalforhair.com for return instructions. Otherwise, you will have to pay high customs fees for not following our instructions.
Do I need to pay for the shipping costs of the return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you choose tracking when sending your return as Naturalforhair will not be responsible for lost returns.
You must contact us before sending your return as the return address may be different from the address to which your order was originally sent. Please note that if you return an item without contacting us first, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and a complaint will be filed in accordance with our policy.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
